Be Our Guest

For our out-of-town clients (those who live over 50 miles from our clinic), we provide travel allowance to help offset the cost of hotel, airfare or fuel.

The maximum allowance is $500 or 10% of the procedure cost, whichever is lower.

To calculate the allowance:

  • $100 per night hotel allowance (up to 2 nights) or we provide accomodation at a quality hotel
  • airfare or
  • mileage deduction based on IRS Standard Mileage Rates (50.5 cents per mile for 2008)
